GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION  

 

Any person wanting to overbid must meet the following requirements:

    1) to purchase the Specifications;

    2) to file at the office  the PURCHASE OVERBID amounting,  by observing the increments  established by the General Creditors' Meeting; 

    3) the private individuals must submit an authenticated copy of the identity document;

    4) the legal entities must submit the following documents: registration certificate of the Sole Registration Code together with a recent proof certificate from the Trade Register; power of attorney signed by the legal representative of the company;

    5) to prove the money availability or to submit a bank indemnity letter for the price offered.

Overbid offers shall be filed, through mail or in person, at the office of the legal liquidator "RODICA GHIȚĂ" REORGANIZATION AND LIQUIDATION OFFICE or at the BUCHAREST COURT - VIIth COMMERCIAL SECTION - REGISTRY, bankruptcy record.
