GENERAL INFORMATION

The real estate that makes the object of the capitalization is integral part of the property of the debtor S.C. FLORIAN HAUS PRODCOM S.R.L. in Bucharest, having the last formal office in Bucharest, Calea Călăraşilor, nr. sector 3, registered in the Trade Register under no. J40/4391/1993, fiscal code RO 3474033 - company currently under bankrupt procedure.

S.C. FLORIAN HAUS PRODCOM S.R.L. was declared bankrupt on March 08, 2001 by the Bucharest Court - VII^th Commercial Section (bankruptcy record no.231/3/2000, former number 8162/2000) , upon the request of several creditors among which ION ŢIRIAC COMMERCIAL BANK (currently HVB ŢIRIAC BANK), after the incapacity of the debtor to reimburse its bank credits was established. In order to support its request, the creditor bank filed several credit and mortgage agreements, proving that it had a real estate guarantee on two buildings that were the property of the bankrupt company, among which the real estate located in Bucharest, str. Jiului nr.153, sector 1 and requested the capitalization of these goods according to the insolvency procedure laid down by Law no.64/1995, subsequently repealed by Law 85/2006.

In such situation, in order to cover the debtor's debts, Mrs. Rodica Ghiţă, lawyer, as legal liquidator appointed in the Bankruptcy record no. 231/3/2000 (8162/2000), has the task of capitalizing the goods of the bankrupt company, according to the provisions of Law no.85/2006 and the provisions of the Civil procedure code as subsequently supplemented, respectively, under supervision of the syndic judge and according to the decisions of the Creditors' general meeting.
