OVERBIDDING SPECIAL CONDITIONS

To whom it may concern:

Following a purchase offer for the amount of EUR 551.000 EURO excluding VAT, in the meeting of April 18, 2007 the General Creditors' Meeting of the debtor S.C. FLORIAN HAUS PRODCOM S.R.L. - BANKRUPT approved the capitalization of the real estate located in Bucharest, str. Jiului nr.153, sector 1, through direct sale according to art.118 of Law 85/2006, starting from the offer received, namely EUR 551.000 EURO excluding VAT.

According to art.118 (4) of Law 85/2006 the date of May 18, 2007 was established as the deadline for overbid reception.

The incremental overbids shall be in the amount of EUR 100.000.

Thus, any people who wants to buy the real estate must OVERBID a price exceeding EUR 551.000, by observing the overbid increments of EUR 100.000 established by the General Creditors' Meeting (eg.: EUR 651.000 or EUR 751.000 or EUR 851.000 etc.);

People who want to overbid must meet the following requirements:

1) to purchase the Specifications;

2) to file a record containing the following documents:

a. private individuals: authenticated copy of the identity document;

b. legal entities: 

- registration certificate of the Sole Registration Code;

- proof certificate from the Trade Register issued one week before the auction at the most, stating the person authorized to represent and engage the company in relations to third parties;

 - mandate signed by the legal representative of the company for the person authorized to overbid and to negotiate with the liquidator;

c. OVERBID signed by the legal representative and stamped (if applicable). The overbid must also specify the payment method proposed by the bidder;

d. proof of money availability of bank indemnity letter for the price offered in the OVERBID, valid until the payment date.

Overbid offers shall be filed until May 18, 2007 inclusive, through mail or in person at:

1) the REGISTRY OF BUCHAREST COURT, VII^th COMMERCIAL SECTION, located in Bucharest, B-dul Unirii, nr.37, sector 3, bankruptcy record no.231/3/2000  (8162/2000).

Attention! The offers sent by FAX or e-mail must be followed up within 3 working days after submission of the original documents, otherwise they shall be deemed void.

Overbids must include the contact details of the bidder and the name of the person authorized to negotiate.

In the period 21-26 May 2007, the bid and overbid commission shall examine the files of the overbidders and shall contact the person who offered the biggest price and the most convenient payment method.
